anoj has over 20 years of progressive executive management experience, expanding across the USA, Africa, Asia, the UK, and the Caribbean islands.

He oversees the execution of Ploutus’ mission, vision, and strategy for the group of companies. In addition to leading the overall financial and operational direction of the Group, he manages key client relationships and leads select endeavors in the areas of building, construction, infrastructure development, technology, renewable energy, and mobile telecommunication. commodity trading, food distribution, & consultancy services.
OJ has held senior-level operating roles in private and publicly traded companies with extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership, and working with several Boards of Directors, banks, and attorneys. Over the years he has developed a good network of investors, business leaders, and technology partners to his network.

As CEO, Jeremiah has nearly 16 years of professional experience in International business development, including the Upstream and downstream Oil & Gas sectors in Nigeria. Most recently, he has served as the chairman of the Iris Group of companies. His role as Chief Executive Officer in African Delta Power includes facilitating operations, maximizing revenue and productivity, and ensuring strong future growth of ADP in Nigeria.
Jeremiah has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Université des Sciences Appliquée et Management, Port-Novo, Republique du Benin. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Commerce in Nigeria. His proficiency covers critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork and collaboration, risk management, solid leadership, effective communication, public speaking, strong work ethics, and professionalism amongst others.
